Graduating from Brentwood in 2013, Harrison continued studies at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, to achieve his Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences and to further his career in mineral exploration.
While in University, Harrison has learned different aspects of geology, such as paleontology, geochemistry, geophysics, structural geology, isotope chemistry, as well as other topics. On top of his studies, Harrison was also involved in student societies, such as being the president of the geologic society of Carleton University.
Now with over three years of experience in mining and mineral exploration, traveling has become a large part of his career, as it is needed to explore never seen areas to find new deposits of metals. So far, Harrison’s early Career has taken him to work in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Arctic Circle, Asia, and many places throughout North America.
Harrison was also heavily involved in music while at Brentwood, playing guitar in rock band and jazz band for his arts. Still keeping up with his guitar skills, he brings his guitar to work wherever he travels.
