Greig Walsh is the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Greenlight Innovation, a Burnaby-based company of 200 engineers and technicians who design and manufacture specialized testing and manufacturing equipment for the development of fuel cells, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems. Greig works directly with some of your favourite automotive manufacturers, providing tools for their aggressive new clean-energy programs.
For 20 years, Greig has commuted to work by bike while remaining bullish on the hydrogen fuel cell industry’s future, and credits a particular professor at UVic for steering him and several other alumni towards a career in clean tech. Greenlight started out as a hopeful, scrappy start-up and is now one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, accelerating the global shift towards sustainable transport and energy consumption.
If you've thought about starting your own business, a career in engineering, are curious about the future of cars and transportation, or just want to talk about skiing, Greig would like to meet you.
