Bachelor of Social Work, Masters in Social Work

Initially starting my undergrad in global development and sociology at Queen's University, I decided to take a year after second year to work and volunteer to better decide on a career path and ultimately chose social work. I transferred to Dalhousie University to complete my Bachelors in Social Work and then went on to complete my Masters in Social Work at UNBC.

Since starting my social work career I have worked in community mental health, private practice, in a school setting, health care settings, rural areas, and was in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Social Work Officer. I am now going into private practice as a therapist, offering services virtually across BC and Alberta.
