After graduation from Brentwood in the academic year 2017/2018, I was enrolled in a 5-year direct entry medicine course at King’s College London. I am currently in my 4th year in my medical school and placed at hospitals in London such as Guy’s, St Thomas, King’s, and South London & Maudsley. I hope to seek foundation and specialty training in the UK upon graduation. I am interested in Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine as specialities.

Last year I completed an intercalated BSc in Psychology at KCL. I was able to learn from exciting opportunities offered by the programme, participating in investigating and defining a relatively novel psychological disorder in a cross-culture setting. As part of the MBBS curriculum, I am currently working on a Quality Improvement Project on the Respiratory Department at King’s College Hospital. Our aim is to raise awareness among clinicians on available financial resources as there is a cost of living crisis in the UK disproportionately affecting respiratory patients.
