Suzanne Harrison is a well-known author of the Edison in the Boardroom Intellectual Property Management books. Suzanne is the Founder of Percipience, LLC, a board-level advisory firm focused on intellectual property strategy, management, and quantifying and mitigating Intellectual Property risk. Her consulting practice includes IP valuation, transactions, strategy, and the creation and implementation of internal IP management best practices.

She is a Founder and Convenor of the ICM Gathering, a group of twenty major industrial companies that have been meeting since 1995 to define, create, and benchmark best practices around Intellectual Property Management (IPM) and other intangibles.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
