Sarah Moug

Director, Strategic Finance, BC Ministry of Health

Sarah studied commerce at the UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in Business Technology Management. She started her career as a management consultant at Accenture with a focus on change management, operating model design, and organizational leadership and culture. Drawn to making a difference in the healthcare sector, Sarah pursued her Masters of Public Health at Harvard, focusing on health management and women + gender health. After graduating from her MPH, she was the Founding Product Manager at Eli Health, a Canadian women's hormonal health startup. In May 2024, Sarah made the move into the public health sector, becoming a Director in Finance at the BC Ministry of Health, where she works with Ministry program areas and provincial agencies to optimize funding and deliver quality health care services across British Columbia.
