Ethan Bottomley is a Brentwood Lifer from 2012-2016 and a proud Ellis house alumni. Ethan began a career in Paramedicine unknowingly. After attending one semester at St. Francis Xavier University on a scholarship, Ethan decided a desk job wasn't for him and switched careers entirely. Ethan achieved the license of Unrestricted Occupational Scuba Diver and performed cleaning, maintenance and salvage work. While working in his new career as a Commercial Diver he kept upgrading and adding to his First aid tool belt. CPR, Occupational First Aid level 3, Dive Accident Management, Oxygen Therapy. After a few years exploring the fishing industry and upgrading to a licensed Emergency Medical Responder, Ethan took a job as a First Aid Attendant and began the online prerequisites to the Primary Care Paramedic program at the Justice Institute of BC. A year later, Ethan was Crewing an Ambulance in Port McNeil, BC. 


In two years as a Paramedic, Ethan has responded to hundreds of emergency calls and conveyed patients to hospital in ground ambulance's, helicopters and boats. Ethan now lives and works in Duncan with his Fiance Kaylee and their many animals.
