Real Estate Specialist, Founder and Principal, Opportunity Homes Collective

For the past thirteen years, Rhiannon has dedicated herself to helping individuals and families reach their real estate goals in Metro Vancouver. In 2014, she tailored her practice to focus on Transitional Real Estate and help those in highly emotional states while buying and selling.

Those include divorce, loss of a loved one, relocation, first-time homebuyers, seniors leaving their homes for the first time in 40 years, and downsizers. Rhiannon obtained her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and then took a year-long course to become a Certified Transitions Coach to ensure that she could provide the highest service level. Clients appreciate Rhiannon's specialized training, tailored processes, and in-depth knowledge of the Metro Vancouver Real Estate Market.

As founder and principal of the Opportunity Homes Collective, Rhiannon ensures that buyers understand the purchasing process and are matched with the right home in the location that meets their needs. For sellers, the group uses innovative technology that delivers real-time analytics, giving them an advantage over the rest of the product on the market.

As a way of giving back, Rhiannon trains new agents in her highly coveted mentee program at Century 21 In Town Realty to ensure they have the proper foundation when starting the business. She has also sat on the board for the not-for-profit Equal Play; she has a standing volunteer position with the GranFondo, and she is currently the Board Chair for the LOUD Foundation.
